Mr. Westman,
One area we had not reached agreement on at our February meeting was the fence on the
southern edge of the property. The you were requesting a new 6 foot fence and we felt the
existing 5'6" fence was adequate. Recently we had the vegetation removed fkom the fence so we
could inspect it. The inspection revealed that the fence is in very poor condition and will need to
be replaced. It is our intention to replace it with a 6 foot fence as requested.
Our engineer has assured me that the revised plans have been submitted and I will be checking
with the conference office to ensure that the ownership statement has been completed and sent to
