Strategic Real Estate Services is working as an agent for Cingular Wireless on this project. I have also filled out Form 14 and included it with this letter. I have been instructed by the Carlsbad Planning Department that this letter and Form 14 (which includes the ownership disclosure statement) is all that is needed to extend this Conditional Use Permit for a Cingular (merged with AT&T) cellular telecommunications facility.
