On behalfofT-Mobile USA, Inc., we are requesting an extension of CUP 00-29, Techbilt
Warehouse Telecommunications.
As requested, the following items are included with this letter for your consideration:
• A check for $1,040 to cover the cost of the extension ($755) and Noticing
Fee ($285).
• A letter from T-Mobile USA, Inc. explaining the purchase of the Pacific
Bell Wireless network.
• A letter of authorization from T-Mobile naming Plan Com as agent.
