This project is a two story bullding addition to an existing one story Pacific
In order to avoid using roof top mechanical equipment an on grade chiller
Bell telecommunications equipment facility.

units and to provide a sound attenuation banier from the surroundhg
residential uses. This equipment is necessary and essential for the
maintenance of a controlled temperature environment in the facility. This
