They also wish to place on this property a 9 by 3O-foot portable storage shed for a period of approximately 3-1/2 months. 3. The City approved a Conditional Use Permit for the Tele- phone Company on August 19, 1956, prior to construction of the existing structures. 4. The subject parcel is zoned R-3. SECTION II - Recommendation 1. The Staff recommends approval of subject request, and further recommends that additional expansion of the exist- ing use be permitted within this Condltional Use Permit, provided that the Conditions of Approval are complred with.
