Use Permit to Allow Expansion of Existing Facilities,
Located at 3368 Harding Street -- To be considered by
the Planning Commission on August 26, 1969

The Telephone Company desires to add a 23 by 77-foot
permanent addition to its existing structure.
2. They also wish to place on this property a 9 by 3O-foot
portable storage shed for a period of approximately 3-1/2
months.
3. The City approved a Conditional Use Permit for the Tele-
phone Company on August 19, 1956, prior to construction
of the existing structures.
4. The subject parcel is zoned R-3.
SECTION II - Recommendation
1. The Staff recommends approval of subject request, and
further recommends that additional expansion of the exist-
ing use be permitted within this Condltional Use Permit,
provided that the Conditions of Approval are complred
with.
