NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a
public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at
6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, to consider a request for approval of a Mitigated
Negative Declaration, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and Conditional Use Permit
to allow a two-story building addition to an existing one story Pacific Bell telecommunications
equipment facility located at 3368 Harding Street in the R-3 Zone and Local Facilities
Management Zone 1 and more particularly described as:
Portion of Tract 113 of Carlsbad Lands, Map No. 1661, in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after May IO, 2001. If you have any
questions, please call Anne Hysong in the Planning Department at (760) 602-4622.
If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit amendment in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in
written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
