Dear Dr. Thomas and Dr. Jesck
In rehlponse to your letter of June 27, 1964, I looked into the Conditional Ulse Permit file for the Solamar Mobile Estates and find that the original permit was for 110 units. Since you apparently have only 82 at the present time, you would be entitled to put in an additional 28 unite without making further application to the Planning Commieslion, but if you whh to put in more than that number, it would be necessary to make a further formal application therefor.
