NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, Cali- fornia, to consider an amendment to Conditional Use Permit (CUP-101) of Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code:
to permit the construction and operation of a temporary branch office (Bank of America) - extension of time limitation of CUP-1 01
on property located at 2510 El Camino Real (opposite Plaza Shopping Center, and more particularly described as:
portion of NWt, of fractional Section 32 TllS, R4W, SBBM, San Diego County, being Assessor's Parcel 35, Book 167, Page 030 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County, and more particularly described in files of the City Planning Department.
