Gentlemen:
Pursuant to our recent conversation relative to the agreement
with Carlsbad Unified School District, this letter is to advise
you that we are scheduled to appear before the School Board
to discuss the agreement on Monday, March 10, 1975 in anti-
cipation of reaching an agreement. Based on this assumption,
we would respectfully request that the consideration of Condi-
tional Use Permit 106, now scheduled for review by the Plan-
ning Commission on Tuesday, March 11, 1975, be left as an
agenda item.
In the event we are not successful in reaching an agreement
with the School District at Monday's meeting, we will notify
you, and request the appropriate continuance of the CUP
consideration.
