SUBJECT: CUP 106 Lusk Mobile Home Park
The City has received a request from Donald Steffenson, Vice President
for Lusk and Son for a one month continuance of their mobile home park
application to allow the City to consider mobile home park policy and
also to allow the applicant to redesiqn the project.
At the Planning Commission hearing, as an information item, staff will
present an oral on City Policy issues relating to mobile home parks. A written discussion has been attached to this memorandum.
