SUBJECT: CUP-106 - LUSK MOBILE HOME PARK
The above referenced application was continued by the Planning Commission on March 11, 1975 to allow the City Council to make a policy determination on mobile home parks in general. The Council declined to activate a new mobile home park moratorium, but did direct staff to develop mobile home park standards. Pending mobile home parks were to be evaluated on their own merits.
Staff has been meeting with representatives of the Lusk Company in an effort to resolve design and land use concerns with the subject application. We concur with the applicant's request to continue the application until May 13, 1975 in order to further study the application.
