Gentlemen:
Pursuant to our meeting with Don Agatep on Wednesday, May 7, 1975, we
respectfully request that consideration of Conditional Use Permit #106,
now scheduled fo be heard by the Carlsbad City Planning Commission on
May 13, 1975, be continued to the meeting of May 27, 1975.
This request is being made to enable us to review possible alternate land
planning with the City staff prior to planning commission hearing.
