SUBJECT: Easements at the southwest corner of proposed Lusk MHP
At the DRC meeting, the developer was told to show the existing slope and storm drain easements on his CUP exhibit. We were
contacted by his architect, but failed to properly relay existing and proposed utility information by phone. The resulting repre- sentation of the proposed sewer easement and toe of slope is incorrect.
We offer the attached revision which, if adopted, would best satisfy the requirements for overcrossing, slopes, storm drain and sewer easements. It is based on available data from three separate sets of unsigned plans.
