RE: Condittonal Use Permit - 106
Request for Amendment
Gentlemen:
John D. Lusk & Son hereby reques-s that Con1 tion B.2 of
C.U.P. 106 be amended by granting a two year extension to the
time limits, of two years and five years, for Commencement
of Construction.
The delay in commencing construction has been occaisioned
by the lack of a Permit from the San Diego Coast Regional
Commission. Currently, the Commission is processing our
application for Permit to develop the subject property.
We would appreciate being informed of the hearing dates of
this request.
