SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 106 TO ALLOW A MOBILE HOME PARK JOHN D. LUSK & SON
The Planning Commission, on June 11, 1975, continued this item to allow the applicant time for preparation and submission of a new project design for staff review.
The additional time was also granted to allow the applicant further negotiation for school facilities.
As of the final date for staff report completion, neither of the above had been received by staff.
Therefore, staff has no resource other than to resubmit the previous staff report with a recommendation of denial without prejudice.
