Box 2140, Newport Beach, Calif. 92663 (714) 557-8220 (213) 726-6841 June 25, 1975 Mr. Don Agatep Director of Planning City of Carlsbad 1200 Elm Avenue Carlsbad, California Re: Lot 1, Tentative Tract 71-2 Conditional Use Permit Application 106 Dear Don : Pursuant to yaur meeting with Bill Lusk and myself late last week, enclosed please find the following items concerning our Conditional Use Permit Application: Traffic study prepared by Alan M. Voorhees & Associates, Inc. concerning the impact of traffic on Poinsetta Lane as a result of our proposed development. A copy of a X-section through our proposed development prepared by Rick Engineering Company. Dana Hield had requested that we have such a X-section prepared. We would be happy to provide additional sections and/or information relative to existing vs. proposed grades. Please let us know what additional information you would like to have on this plan. A copy of our revised agreement with the Carlsbad Unified School District, which we have forwarded to them under separate cover. It is our understanding that Occidental Land, Inc. and the School District have gotten together and that the previous questions relating to our being included under the Occidental agreement have been answered. Based on this understanding, we have prepared the enclosed revised agreement for review by the School District. Two additional copies of the revised site plan for our development. Once you have had an opportunity to review this information, we will look forward to meeting with you and your staff to discuss any questions which you may have.
