MEMORANDUM - June 13, 1978 SUBJECT: CUP-106 (For Record)
The Carlsbad School District called and asked about the status of the subject Conditional Use Permit. Apparently, according to
Ms. Williams of the school district, the Lusk Company has
requested a refund of their school fees. The school district
wanted to verify that the project was dead. the resolution approving the Conditional Use Permit has a
two- ~+ ear almesEruct--cxause ---- which caused it to expire in
Ju y of 1977. The appl'icants requested an extension but it
was not granted. I informed the school district that the
Conditional Use Permit had expired, I also informed Mr. Merril's
secretary (of the Lusk Company) that the school district was
informed by phone of the status of the subject Conditional Use
Permit. Ms. Williams of the school district said that the
phone call would suffice and a letter was not needed.
