SUBJECT: OUTSTANDING MOBILE HOME PARK CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
The following report lists outstanding mobile home conditional use permits with the mobile home spaces either exisitng, under construction or approved.
Also the relationship between mobile home spaces and total number of dwelling units (existing or under construction) is defined.

A moritorium on mobile home park applications expired October
6, 1971. Since that time one application has been received and was approved by the Planning Commission on February 8, 1972. At that tine, the Planning Commission requested the City Council to re-enact the mobile home park noritorium for a period of one year. However, to date action has not been taken.
