NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 11, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California to consider a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-106) of Title 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of Carlsbad to:
Construct a 414-unit mobile home park
on property located on the north side of Poinsettia Lane between Interstate 5 and the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, and more particularly described as:
That portion of the east half of the northeast quarter of Lot 3, Section 29, Township 112 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, and further described in the files of the City Planning Department.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
