Subject: Conditional Use Permit 106.
Dear Mr. Agatep:
This office is in receipt of your request for comments relative to the
proposed ,!&!+ lot mobile home park on property located near the
intersection of Poinsettia Lane and the Interstate 5 freeway.
Although the proposal will not be reviewed in depth by our staff prior
to the filing of an application for a coastal permit, both the
Regional and State Coastal Commissions, as you know, have adopted
policies favoring the preservation and protection of coastal dependent
agricultural lands.
We would hope these policies would be considered in your review and
subsewent decision on this project.
