Subject: Compliance with the conditions of Conditional Use Permit No. 107
Dear Mr, Maldonado:
As you know, one condition of approval for the CUP for
Assessor’s Parcel No. 205-06-10, was that the city-owned access road be surfaced to eliminate dust. You were reminded in October of last year that this condition would have to be complied with or you would face possible revoca-
tion of your CUP. As of January 31, 1979, the access road
had not been surfaced. Therefore, the city has begun formal
enforcement procedures.
If you wish to halt these proceedings, you will need to supply the city with a written note giving a definite start- ing date for the surfacing of the road.
