MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: RENEWAL OF CUP-107
On March 17, 1975, the Planning Commission approved Condi-
tional Use Permit 107 allowing David and Olivia Maldonado
to construct and operate a greenhouse off Basswood Avenue in the R-1-7500 zone. Condition No. 10 of this approval
stated:
This permit shall be reviewed _. -- -- on a five-l-y_ear--
increment _- -- - - starting in March 1980 to determine
the following:
a) The greenhouse is still compatible with
b) The structure has been maintained in good
c) The driveways have been maintained in a
surrounding uses;
and safe repair;
dust-free manner.
This greenhouse operation has been field checked and found to be meeting all of the previously-mentioned conditions as well as all of the conditions of approval for CUP-107 as stated in
the attached memo. Therefore, the Planning Director is renew-
ing this Conditional IJse Permit for another five-year period. If the Planning Commission has no objections to this action, staff will prepare a memo to the file indicating same.
