SUB J ECT : POSSIBLE VIOLATION OF CUP 107
Planning Commissioner Jose has noted that a greenhouse, recently approved by CUP 107, is presently being constructed and he believes not all of the conditions have been met. The development is on Basswood near James Drive. Attached is a copy of the approving resolution that indicates all the conditions to this CUP that must be met. Would you please make sure that they are met prior to finalita- tion of any permits. .-
In addition, I am still waiting for Bob and yourself to meet with me to go over the CUP review process as requested by the City Manager. We have the process worked out and all the paper work prepared. is just a matter of explaining it and putting it in force. Please see me as soon as you can on this.
