RE: Proposed Revisions Regarding Greenhouses
The following comments are offered regarding your memorandum of March 31:
1. The report to the Planning Commission dated April 8 does not dis ss proposed by
the draft ordinance .OF0 and sorting sheds over 6 tional use permit. In m it is questionable whether
packing and sorting shed residential uses. If the pro is large enough to grow
a quantity of crops necessita system, that property should not be R-1 in the first place. If the large facility is necessary to process crops grown then it certainly is not an appropriate residen- elsewherep tial use. Did the Commission request this addition or is
