HomeMy WebLinkAboutCUP 107; Maldonado David & Olivia; Conditional Use Permit (CUP) (6)MEMORAN DUM ' April 3, 1975 TO: CITY ATTORNEY FROM: ASSISTANT PLANNING DIRECTOR RE: PROPOSED REVISIONS REGARDING GREENHOUSES Thank you for your prompt reply. I have made changes based on your comments and resubmit for your information. To clarify what I have proposed and to answer your concerns, the following is submitted: (1) This amendment is a brush fire amendment only to solve greenhouse coverage. I recognize many inconsistencies and problems that exist in the sections being amended, however, I don't feel this problem has the priority over such prodects as the sign ordinance. (2) Packing and sorting sheds over 600' was already permitted in all zones by CUP - See Section 21.42.010 (F). It is added to the R-1 zone as section 21.10.010(9) because of the rewording of Section 21.10.010 (3). (3) I could not find a language problem with lot coverage, but r dld change the wording by taking out the examples green- house and aviaries. (4) Taking out aviaries also solved the problem that aviaries are not permitted in the R-A & R-1 zones. (5) There is some difference in wording in the E-A zone since this zone has a CUP section which the others don't. (6) I have added to the staff report to explain the new changes.
