Probably violation of the conditions of approval for C.U,P, 107
Dear Mr. Maldonado,
I recently checked to.*see if the conditions of approval for
C.U.P. 107 have been fulfilled. occupied by the greenhouses but I did check the City owned
property that you are using as access. I noted that it is not surfaced and that you are using the City owned property for trash storage,
I didn't go on the property

Condition number 9 of the C.U.P. 107 (copy attached) specifically
requires that: a suitable material to cut down dust". not fulfilled this condition. that the City has given you permission to store trash on City property.
Your C.U.P, is up for review by the Planning Commission in March of 1980. approval could affect renewal of your C.U.P.
