California. lo consider a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-110) in accordance with Titb 91 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. to allow an electric power trans. mission substation on property located on the south side of Alga Road between Alicante Road and Altisma Road. and more particularly described as: All that portion of the Northwest Quarter ofthe Southeast Quarter of Section 25. Township 12 South. Range4West.San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego. State of Calitornia. and more par- ticularly described in the files of the Planning Department.
