The Governing Board of the school district at a meeting held on
February 9, 1976 reviewed the information presented by your depart-
ment concerning the proposed conditional use permit to operate a
private junior and senior high school (non-denominational) in the
existing Carlsbad Union Church facilities known as CW-116.
As a result of this review, we wish to advise you that the school
district has no objections to the proposal as submitted.
We appreciate the consideration shown by you and your staff in
forwarding information to the school district for comment in
connection with the application to operate the Victory Christian
High School in the Carlsbad Union Church buildings.
