RE: UPDATE TO VICTORY CHRISTIAN HIGH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 116(A)
To Whom It May Concern:
As stipulated in condition number seven of your existing
conditional use permit, CUP-llG(A1 was subject to review by the
Planning Director and Planning Commission by August 27, 1984.
Although this date has since passed, the condition still needs
to be complied with.
As you may already know, a conditional use permit was recently
approved for the Carlsbad Union Church expansion on June 17,
1987. During the public hearing, several Planning Commissioners
expressed interest in knowing what your future plans are. In
accordance with their questions and the review condition of CUP-
116(A), staff feels that this is a good opportunity to identify
what your needs are and to update the conditional use permit.
Staff suggests that you consider what your future needs and
plans are, and send us a letter identifying them. We may then
set up a meeting to discuss these with you.
If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to call
