MAGEE PARK DEVELOPMENT
On April 18, 1978, the City Council approved a conceptual development
plan for Magee Park (to be transmitted under separate cover).
A Conditional Use Permit was granted by the Planning Commission for
the restoration of the main house.

It is my understanding this C.U.P.
Please initiate the C.U.P. process and advise if this department is
required to submit a formal appl ication.
