SUBJECT: CUP-118 Magee House
This project is on a legal lot. The alley to the north is unimproved but necessary for access to garages on adjacent lots. Our only recommendation is that: the City, as owner,
shall execute a lien contract agreement for future 4 street
public improvements along all street frontages of the parcel.
