NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO P.M. on Tuesday, October 17, 1978, to consider an appeal of a Planning Commission decision regarding the adoption of a Conditional Use Permit to permit occupancy prior to commencement of public improvements and development of on-site parking lot on property generally located on the north side of Beech Street between Carlsbad Boulevard and Garfield Street, and more particularly described as:
Portion of Block 3 of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No. 775, filed in the Office of County Recorder of San Diego County February 15, 1894, and more particularly described in application on file in the City Planning Office.
