NOTICE OF APPEAL
RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CUP 118(A)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Hearing to consider an
appeal of a Planning Commission decision regarding the adoption of
a Conditional Use Permit to permit occupancy prior to commencement
of public improvements and development of on-site parking lot on
property generally located on the north side of Beech Street
between Carlsbad Boulevard and Garfield Street, advertised for
6:OO P.M. on Tuesday, October 17, 1978, will be held at 7:30 P.M.
on Tuesday, October 17, 1978, in the City Council Chambers, 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California.
