The Planning Commission felt that the public facilities were necessary. for proper use of the building and site. However, they also felt that the Historic Society needed area for storage and that such storage would not put additional demands on traffic and parking in the area. Therefore the Planning Commission approved the amendment only for the use of storage and office prior to the full compliance with the original CUP-118.
Attached is Planning Commission Resolution No. 1469, and staff report dated September 13, 1978. No action is necessary.
