The Carlsbad Historical Society addressed your body in August, regarding the Society's use of the Florence Magee house. This matter was presented to the Planning Commission on September 13th at which time they did not see fit to recommend our request.
Inasmuch as the infrequent visitor tours we wished to
be priviledged to make, would not create parking re- quirements since groups usually walk to the property, it may be the desire of the Society's desire to appeal
this decision.
