SITE DESCRIPTION THE PROJECT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY IMPROVED AND WE ARE NOT ADDING MORE IMPERVIOUS AREA, THEREFORE THE EXISITNG AND PROPOSED CONDITION WILL HAVE THE SAME "C" FACTOR OF 0.95.
