Reference: CUP-124
At its meeting of September 27, 1976 the Governing Board of this
district reviewed the request for the above reference permit to
use property located at 740 Pine Avenue for a private academic
pre-school program.
The Governing Board could see no major reason .for recommending
against this application, however, it should be noted that the
parking and traffic situation in this area has increased con-
siderably due to the activities of the Victory Christian High
School located in the Carlsbad Union Church.
