SUBJECT : mit for the Montessori
; Possible Noncompliance with Conditions of Approval.
Dear Ms. McEntree:
It appears that you are in noncompliance with the conditions of approval of your Conditional Use Permit for the Montessori
Preschool. A recent check by the Carlsbad Engineering
Department has found that you have not complied with Condition
8 of this CUP which states:
"Within two months of commencement of school operations,
the applicant shall process an adjustment plat consoli-
dating the lots within the proposed school grounds."
The requirements of the adjustment plat and a sample copy are
enclosed. The plat is to be submitted to the Engineering Department upon completion. It is important that you submit
the plat as soon as possible in that the Planning Commission
has the option of revoking your permit.

ing the adjustment plat itself, please call Fred Luedtke in the Engineering Department at 729-1181, ext. 35.
