We have reviewed the subject applications and submit the following comments:
1. Applicant shall consolidate the lots within the proposed school grounds by processing an adjustment plat prior to issuance of a building permit.
2. Applicant shall execute an agreement and post a $3,000 bond as security for special striping, signing, and curb painting necessary for traffic control related to school operations; and removal of special striping, signing and reconverting the structure to residential use (converting the existing garage back to garage use) upon termination of the Conditional Use Permit, as determined by the City Engineer.
