Dear Mr. Crisman:
Your proposed Conditional Use Permit located at Madison Street and Pine Avenue was reviewed by the City’s Departmental Coordinating Committee, Tuesday, August 17, 1976. The Departmental Coordinating Committee is composed of representatives from the various City departments concerned with development.
The Departmental Coordinating Committee expressed concern over the amount of traffic which may be generated by the project, and the fact that the site plan makes no provision for on-site parking. Concern was also expressed that no outdoor recreation area is provi- ded for.
Staff is evaluating the site to see how provisions may be made for parking and outdoor recreation. I would suggest that you set up a meeting with Allen Meacham of the Planning Department to review potential site plan modifications. He can be reached at 729-1181 extension 25.
We would appreciate your cooperation as soon as possible or we will be pressed into either a negative recommendation to the Planning Commission or continuance.
