On September 12, 1979 I received a notice of a trailer at 704 Pine from Bud. There is no such address. However,
there is a very large trailer at 740 Pine, the Montessori
School.
The plans for this school, approved with CUP-124 (A), show
a temporary building on the site. This building is shown
maintaining all setbacks and is approximately 12x30. The
trailer that is on the lot is 12x60, and is usually referred
to as a mobile home. The setbacks have not been maintained
as required in Condition 4. There is virtually no separa-
tion between the trailer and the new construction.
Condition 6 requires that the project be reviewed before September 30, 1979 and a report be made to the Planning Commission. The temporary building, as well as condition 5, requiring that the grounds be kept free of debris, are causing problems. I have scheduled a review of this CUP for the October 10, 1979 Planning Commission meeting.
