NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Ccermission of the City of
Carlsbadwill hold a public hearing at the City Council Qlan-bers, 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M., on Wednesday, July 11, 1979,
to consider dification of a Conditional Use Permit for a Mntessori
Schml, to allow construction of the school building five feet fm a side
lot line on property generally located at 740 Pine Avenue, Carlsbad, and mre particularly described as:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 47 of Carlsbad according to the map thereof No. 635, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 2, 1888.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to
attend the public hearing.
