REQUEST: Conditional Use Permit to allow the utilization of
the old St. Patricks Church site for recreational
activities and meetings.

SUBJECT: Additional information requested by the Planning
At the Planning Commission meeting on December 8, 1976, the Commission requested additional information concerning the following.
1) Adequacy of existing fire fighting facilities.
2) Provision for parking facilities.
3) Adequacy of existing buildings under City building codes.
4) Anticipated renovation activities.
The following items are attached to this memorandum:
1) Report from the Parks and Recreation Director on the Renovation
