Conditional Use Permit (CUP-128)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council
Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on
Wednesday, December 8, 1976, to consider an application to allow
the utilization of the old St. Patrick's Church site for recreational activities and meetings on property located on the East and West
sides of Harding Street between Oak Street and Elm Avenue, and
more particularly described as:
Assessor's Book No. 203, Page 353, Parcels 5, 6, 7 and 12.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially in- vited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions,
please call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
