SUBJECT: CUP 128(A) City of Carlsbad Community Center
CUP 138 H. W. Butts, House and Care For Six People
We have received applications for two Conditional Use Permits
which will be on the Agenda for the June 8, 1977 Planning
Commission.
CUP-l28(A) is for a CUP to use existing church buildings and
property as a Community Center on property generally located
on the east side of Harding Street between Elm Avenue and Oak
Avenue.
CUP 138 is for a CUP to expand existing residential care facility (four persons to six persons) on property generally located
on the southwest corner of El Camino REal 'and Kelly Drive.
