SUBJECT: Harding Street Community Center Sewage

The City has initiated CUP 128(A) which will be heard
by the Plannimg Commission on June 22, 1977, Originally
we initiated this CUP prior to the building moratorium;
however, it was react2vated after April 19, 1977.
Therefore, we need your approval to continue with this
CTJP at this time,
According to Ed Johnson (see memorandum attached), the
Harding Street Community Center will not generate more sewage than the original St. Patrick’s Church. Ed -i.ndicated to me that the activities will be very similar in the number of people using the facilities.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that this item be accepted for P ublic
hearing on June 22, 1977,
