SUBJECT: WING STREET COMMUNITY CENTER RENOVATION PROPOSALS
Proposals for the renovation of Harding Street Community Center from Ruhnau, Evans, Ruhnau and Associates; Roy R. Blackford, and Environmental Design have been studied. Roy R. Blackford is recommended as the most suitable architect to perform the architectural design.
