As you know the Carlsbad Planning Commission approved the subject site plan in concept on December 22, 1976. Changes were made to the approved Exhibit "A", date< December 15, 1976 as follows:
1) Proper ingress and egress be provided to subject property that is acceptable to City Engineer.
2) Any change in the location of buildings to be approved by the Planning Director.
3) Proper parking for customers and employees to be provided.

4). Lighting tp be of proper wattage to preclude reflection on

6) Any minor architectural changes to be approved by Planning
surrounding areas.
Landscaping to be provided on the bank at the rear of the - <-- - property. * I'
Director with any major chiinges tP be brought back before the Commission.
Mr. Richardson is presently incorporating these changes as to the plan, and I anticipate building permit5 will be issued soon if not before this letter reach'es you.
