Conditional Use Permit (CUP-130)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M., on Wednesday, January 12, 1977, to consider an application to allow construction of a new one-story 2240 square foot wood frame office building, generally located on the north side of La Costa Avenue, and more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 9 in Section 35, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, according to United States Government Survey apDroved October 25, 1875.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
