NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \\-\ -q
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold
a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm
Avenue), Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, November 20,1991, to consider
approval of an amendment to Conditional Use Permit 130 for Water District offices to
allow an office area addition and remodelling on property generally located on the north
side of La Costa Avenue and east of El Camino Real in the C-2 Zone in Local Facilities
Management Zone 6 and more particularly described as:
A portion of Lot 9 in Section 35, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian in the County of San Diego, State of
California.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after November 13, 1991. If
you have any questions, please call Elaine Blackburn in the Planning Department at 438-
1161, ext. 4471.
If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Amendment in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this
notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the
public hearing.
